Chardé began her yoga journey attending college in 2010 solely as as a workout
but found that the mental benefits and meditation would be the things
to keep her an avid student, and one day teacher.
yoga class provided space where she feels compassion, empowerment,
strength, peace, and at ease with life. This was (and is) just what she
needed and something she wants to share with others through her yoga
classes. She completed Vinyasa Yoga teacher training at Yoga Yoga in
Austin, TX in November 2016 and has been teaching a lunch time yoga
class to her office at The University of Texas at Austin since August
Even though Chardé is not able to physically be in yoga class with
everyone around her, through Namasté Con Chardé, she is able to connect
with not only family and friends, but with people all across the world.
